Rozell Industries was contracted to perform critical improvements to the boat launch ramp at a Bolton Landing Marina on Lake George. The existing gravel launch was significantly deteriorated, creating operational challenges and environmental concerns.

Our scope of work included the complete removal and grading of the existing underwater gravel surface to create a uniform slope suitable for new ramp installation. Environmental protection was a key component of this project; Rozell Industries implemented turbidity curtains to prevent sediment from entering the lake during the construction process, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and preserving water quality.

Following site preparation, we installed four pre-cast concrete ramp slabs, each measuring approximately 13 feet wide by 9 feet long. The completed ramp structure measures 13 feet in width and extends 36 feet in length into the lake, providing a durable and functional boat launch solution for the marina.
