Rozell East delivered a complete UV disinfection building and system for the Village of Speculator's Wastewater Treatment Plant, giving the facility the ability to disinfect its treated wastewater without the use of chemicals. By treating effluent with ultraviolet light rather than chlorine or other additives, the plant now meets discharge standards through a cleaner, more environmentally responsible process.

The project involved tying into the plant's existing outfall, installing new valving and piping to route flow through the new UV system, and constructing the building to house it. Rozell East self-performed all work on the project, including general construction and electrical, from foundation through final system connection.
